Punctuality is Mandatory: Moving operations depend on exact timing. You must arrive on time and ready to work for every scheduled shift. Late arrivals impact the whole crew and customer service.

Proactive Communication: You are required to submit your availability and communicate any schedule changes well in advance.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Reliable attendance and timely communication are non-negotiable. Tardiness, unexcused absences, or failing to communicate availability will result in immediate termination.

Key Responsibilities
Carefully load, transport, and unload residential and commercial items.
Wrap, pad, and secure furniture to prevent damage during transport.
Provide friendly, professional service to customers during moves.
Work collaboratively with your crew to complete moves safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 100-150+ lbs safely.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work agreed shifts.
Communication: Friendly demeanor and ability to interact positively with customers and teammates. Communicate availability and changes promptly.
Background Check: Must pass a standard background check. (Valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required!)
Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
